Pregnancy: There are no data from the use of pneumococcal 13-valent conjugate vaccine in pregnant women. Therefore, the use of Prevenar 13 should be avoided during pregnancy.
Breast-feeding: It is unknown whether pneumococcal 13-valent conjugate vaccine is excreted in human milk.
Fertility: Animal studies do not indicate direct or indirect harmful effects with respect to reproductive toxicity (see Pharmacology: Toxicology: Preclinical safety data under Actions).
