Incompatibilities: If PHARMORUBICIN is used in combination with other anti-tumour agents, it should not be mixed with these drugs in the same container.
Epirubicin should not be mixed with other drugs. Contact with any solution of an alkaline pH should be avoided, as it will result in hydrolysis of epirubicin.
PHARMORUBICIN should not be mixed with heparin as these drugs are incompatible.
Special precautions for disposal: Any unused medicine or waste material should be disposed of in accordance with local requirements.
