Rapid chromatographic immunoassay for qualitative detection of H pylori Ab in human whole blood, serum or plasma.

Dosage/Direction for Use

Serum or plasma Transfer 3 drops of specimen to specimen well & start timer. Venipuncture whole blood Transfer 3 drops of specimen to specimen well then add 1 drop of buffer & start timer. Fingerstick whole blood Fill tube & transfer approx 75 microliter of specimen to specimen well then add 1 drop of buffer to buffer well & start timer. Read results w/in 10-20 min.
