BLACKMORES OMEGA-3 FISH OIL: Contains EPA 180 mg & DHA 120 mg.
Each capsule contains: Fish oil 1000 mg approximately equivalent to omega-3 marine triglycerides 300 mg as EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) 180 mg and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) 120 mg. In a base containing vitamin E. No added yeast, gluten, wheat, milk derivatives or preservatives. No added artificial colours, flavours or sweeteners.
Gelatin in soft gel shell is from bovine source.

Indications/Uses

Health Supplement.
Supplements daily intake of omega-3 fatty acids.

Dosage/Direction for Use

Adults: Take 1 capsule, 3 times a day with meals, or as prescribed by a doctor or pharmacist. Not recommended for children under 12 years.
