No drug interaction studies have been conducted with BENLYSTA.
In clinical trials of patients with SLE, concomitant administration of mycophenolate mofetil, cyclophosphamide, azathioprine, hydroxychloroquine, methotrexate, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications, aspirin, and HMG CoA reductase inhibitors had no significant effect on belimumab exposures (see Pharmacology: Pharmacokinetics under Actions).
