Per 5 mL Dextromethorphan HBr 3.5 mg, glyceryl guaiacolate 50 mg

Indications/Uses

Relieves dry & wet cough.

Dosage/Direction for Use

Adult & childn >12 yr 4 tsp (20 mL), 6-12 yr 2 tsp (10 mL), 2-6 yr 1 tsp (5 mL). To be taken 4 hrly as needed.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity. Liver diseases, resp failure.

Special Precautions

Patient w/ sedation/debility. Fever or persistent cough eg, bronchial asthma or emphysema. Childn <2 yr.

Adverse Reactions

Rarely cause drowsiness, nausea or dizziness.
