Contents
Per tab Triprolidine HCl 2.5 mg, pseudoephedrine HCl 60 mg. Per 5 mL syr Triprolidine HCl 1.25 mg, pseudoephedrine HCl 30 mg
Indications/Uses
Symptomatic relief of flu caused by allergies or URTI (eg, nasal congestion, sneezing & itchy nose).
Dosage/Direction for Use
Tab Adult & childn >12 yr 1 tab 3 times daily. Syr Childn 6-12 yr 1 tsp, 4-6 yr 3/4 tsp, 2-4 yr 1/2 tsp. To be taken 3 times daily.
Administration
May be taken with or without food.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to pseudoephedrine, triprolidine or other sympathomimetic amines.
Special Precautions
Patients w/ kidney or liver function impairment. Pregnant & breastfeeding women.
Adverse Reactions
Drowsiness, dizziness, GI disturbances, dry mouth, coordination disorders, tremors, blurred vision, fatigue.
