Angina pectoris attack 1 SL tab to be dissolved slowly under the tongue. Preventive therapy 1-2 SL tab 3 or 4 times daily. Prevention of nocturnal attack 1-2 SL tab at bedtime.
May cause headache w/ daily doses of ≥40 mg in some patients. Sensitivity to headaches will disappear & vasodilation on the heart's blood vessels will not be reduced w/ long-term treatment.
