Injection: Cerebral infarction.
Caplet: Psychoorganic disorders related to ageing: Initially 2.4 g daily in 3 divided doses for 6 weeks.
Maintenance: 1.2 g daily in 3 divided doses.
Post-traumatic symptoms: Initially 2.4 g daily in 3 divided doses, reduce stepwise to 1.2 g daily in 3 divided doses.
Usual dose: 1.2-4.8 g daily in 2-3 divided doses.
Injection: 1 g IM/IV 3 times daily.
Hypersensitivity.
Severe renal insufficiency creatinine clearance <20 mL/min, cerebral haemorrhage.
Avoid sudden withdrawal of treatment.
Kidney impairment.
Pregnancy and lactation.
Nervousness, irritability, insomnia, anxiety, tremor, agitation, fatigue, somnolence, gastrointestinal disturbances, vertigo, headache.
Warfarin, thyroid extract (T3 + T4).
