Each soft capsule contains: Phosphatidyl serine 100 mg, Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 19.5 mg, Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 6.5 mg.
Excipients/Inactive Ingredients: FD&C Blue No. 1 powder, FD&C Red No. 40 powder, edicol black PN, ethyl vanillin, methylparaben.
NEULIN PS O3 is a supplement that contains phosphatidylserine, DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid).
Phosphatidylserine is a phospholipids in the cell membranes. It has been shown to play a key role in the function of neuron membranes, such as signal transduction, secretory vesicle release, cell-to-cell communication and maintenance of health, especially helps to reduce the risk of cognitive decline in elderly.

Take 1 soft capsule 1 to 3 times daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.
Take a few hours before or a few hours after taking other medications.
Patients with known hypersensitivity to the active ingredients or any components of NEULIN PS O3 preparation.
Safety and effectiveness of NEULIN PS O3 in pediatric patients or pregnant or lactating patients have not been established. Therefore, NEULIN PS O3 is not recommended for these populations.
NEULIN PS O3 should be used with caution in patients with known hypersensitivity to soy and/or fish.
Mild gastrointestinal discomfort has been reported.
Concomitant intake of cholinergic or anti-cholinergic may potentially interact.
Store at temperature below 30°C, in a dry place.
