Indications/Uses

Peripheral neuropathies.

Dosage/Direction for Use

Capsule: 500 mcg three times daily.
Injection: One ampule intramuscularly or intravenously three times a week.
May be taken with or without food.

Special Precautions

Discontinue if there is no response after taking orally for several months.
Neonates, premature infants, infants and children.

Adverse Reactions

Rarely, nausea, diarrhea, skin rash and anorexia.
Infrequently, pain & indurations at injection site, headache, sweating, fever.
