Ambroxol HCl

Indications/Uses

Acute & chronic resp tract disorders associated w/ abnormal bronchial secretions particularly in exacerbations of chronic bronchitis, asthmatic bronchitis & bronchial asthma.

Dosage/Direction for Use

Tab Adult & childn >12 yr 1 tab 3 times daily, 5-12 yr ½ tab 3 times daily. Oral drops 0.5 mL twice daily.

Administration

Oral drops: May be taken with or without food: Oral drops can be diluted in water.|Tab: Should be taken with food.

Adverse Reactions

Mild GI & allergic reactions.
