Mecobalamin

Indications/Uses

Peripheral neuropathies. Lapibal Tinnitus, vertigo, megaloblastic anaemia caused by vit B₁₂ deficiency.

Dosage/Direction for Use

Lapibal 500 mcg 3 times daily. Lapibal Injection 1 amp IM/IV 3 times a wk.

Administration

May be taken with or without food.

Special Precautions

Neonates, premature infants, infants & childn. Lapibal Discontinue if no response after taking for several mth.

Adverse Reactions

Rarely, nausea, diarrhea, skin rash & anorexia. Lapibal Infrequently, headache, sweating, fever.
