For single-use only. Incompatibilities w/ other IA inj. Accurately inj into the articular cavity. Avoid intravascular, extra-articular, or synovial tissue inj. Perform administration under intact sterilization status; inj site should be sterilized either by alcohol or other disinfectant soln prior to administration. Remove fluid by puncturing in case of articular fluid retention prior to administration. May induced precipitation w/ quaternary ammon salt eg, benzalkonium Cl & chlorhexidine. Administration to severely inflamed joints caused by deformative OA may lead to exacerbation of local inflammation symptom; administer after removal of existing inflammation symptom. May occasionally cause local pain or swelling; avoid strenuous exercise or actions leading knee joint pain up to 48 hr after administration & local relaxation should be guided after inj. Separate products should be applied if Hyruan One is to be administered into both knees. Patients w/ or prior history of liver disease. Pregnancy. Nursing mothers. Ped. Elderly.
