Per chewable tab Simethicone 125 mg, Mg hydroxide 100 mg, Al hydroxide-Mg carbonate dried gel 275 mg. Per 5 mL susp Al hydroxide 200 mg, simethicone 125 mg, Mg hydroxide 100 mg

Indications/Uses

Hyperacidity, peptic ulcer, esophagitis, gastritis & flatulence.

Dosage/Direction for Use

Adult 1 chewable tab or tsp. Childn ½ chewable tab or tsp. To be taken 3-4 times daily.

Administration

Should be taken on an empty stomach.

Contraindications

Impaired renal function.

Special Precautions

Low phosphate diet. Prolonged use.

Adverse Reactions

Constipation, diarrhea, phosphate depletion, hypermagnesemia, intestinal obstruction (large dose).

Drug Interactions

Impairs absorption of tetracyclines, Fe, INH, warfarin, digoxin. phenytoin. Alkalization of urine may increase plasma quinidine.
