Urovance is contraindicated in: women and children and adolescents (see Use in Pregnancy & Lactation); patients with hypersensitivity to dutasteride, other 5-alpha reductase inhibitors, tamsulosin (including tamsulosin-induced angioedema), soya, peanut or any of other the excipients listed in Description; patients with a history of orthostatic hypotension; patients with severe hepatic impairment.
