Shake bottle before use. One capful contains 5 mL (200-mL bottle) or 10 mL (500-mL bottle). Bath Add 15-30 mL to warm-to-tepid bath (5 mL in baby's bath or hand basin). Bathe for 5-10 min once daily, more often in severe cases. Pat skin dry. Shower Apply a small amount onto wet skin, leave for a few min, briefly rinse. Pat skin dry.
