This medicine should not be taken by: Patients who are taking other analgesics, antipyretics or cold relief medicine; Patients with known hypersensitivity to antihistamines or any ingredients in this product; Patients under treatment with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) and within 2 weeks of stopping such treatment; Patients with severe hypertension or severe coronary artery disease.
