It has neutral taste (does not change the taste, texture or smell of food/drink) and mixes easily in liquids or food preparations.

Partially hydrolyzed guar gum (PHGG) is a soluble fiber with prebiotic benefits that promote gut health. It relieves constipation, bloating and gas, and rebalances the intestinal flora.

OPTIFIBRE Fibre Powder is for the dietary management of people with constipation. It is indicated for bowel management and digestive health.

Recommended Dosage: It is recommended to use OPTIFIBRE progressively, adjusting the dosage to individual needs. Start with 1 serving per day and if necessary, depending on individual response, increase progressively with 1 serving every 3 days. Should not exceed the daily dosage of 4 servings.
Directions for Use: Simple to use and easy to incorporate in the daily routine. Add 1 serving (5 g OPTIFIBRE Fibre Powder) to 200 ml of liquid (water, coffee, tea or juice etc) or 150 g of food (yoghurt or congee etc). Stir until the powder is fully dissolved.
It can be administered via tube-feeding. Make sure powder is fully dissolved in the liquid before use.

Produced in a factory where milk is also handled.
