Description
Omjjara tablets 100 mg: Brown, round tablets, of approximately 8.7 mm diameter, with an underlined "M" debossed on one side and "100" on the other side.
Each film-coated tablet contains 121.94 mg momelotinib dihydrochloride monohydrate equivalent to 100 mg momelotinib.
Omjjara tablets 150 mg: Brown, triangle shaped tablets, approximately 10.5 x 10.9 mm, with an underlined "M" debossed on one side and "150" on the other side.
Each film-coated tablet contains 182.91 mg momelotinib dihydrochloride monohydrate equivalent to 150 mg momelotinib.
Omjjara tablets 200 mg: Brown, capsule shaped tablets, approximately 7.3 x 15.4 mm, with an underlined "M" debossed on one side and "200" on the other side.
Each film-coated tablet contains 243.88 mg momelotinib dihydrochloride monohydrate equivalent to 200 mg momelotinib.
Excipient with known effect: 50.76 mg, 76.14 mg and 101.52 mg lactose monohydrate per 100 mg, 150 mg and 200 mg tablet, respectively.
Excipients/Inactive Ingredients: Tablet core: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Lactose Monohydrate, Sodium Starch Glycolate (type A), Magnesium Stearate, Colloidal Anhydrous Silica, Propyl Gallate.
Tablet coating: Polyvinyl Alcohol, Macrogol 3350, Titanium Dioxide, Talc, Yellow Iron Oxide, Red Iron Oxide.
