Ingredients: Sucrose, Psyllium Husk, Acidity Regulator (E330), Flavour enhancer (Orange Flavour), Colour (E110).

Serving size: 11 g.
Start with 1 serving per day, gradually increase to 3 servings per day.
Simply add 11 g of Metamucil (approximately 3 level teaspoons) to at least 250 mL of liquid.
Stir briskly and drink promptly. Drink plenty of water.

Before using this product, consult a doctor if sudden change in bowel habits persisting for 2 weeks or have abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, rectal bleeding and if pregnant or nursing.
Do not use in cases of medication-induced constipation.
Consult a doctor if considering use of this product as part of cholesterol stabilizing program.
Taking this product without enough liquid may cause it to swell and block the throat or oesophagus and may cause choking. If mixture thickens, add more water and stir. Do not take if patient has difficulty in swallowing.
Do not use this product if there are signs of intestinal obstruction (abdominal discomfort, bloating) or blockage.
Bulk fibre may affect how well other medicines work. If taking a prescription medicine by mouth, take this product at least 2 hours before or 2 hours after the prescribed medicine to minimize any effect on drug absorption.
As the body adjusts to increased fibre intake, changes in bowel habit such as diarrhea, nausea or minor bloating may be experienced.
Stop using this product and ask a doctor if constipation lasts more than 7 days or rectal bleeding occurs. These may be signs of a serious condition.
If experiencing chest pain, vomiting or difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention.
Allergy alert: May cause an allergic reaction in people sensitive to inhaled or ingested psyllium.
Use in Children: Not recommended for children under the age 12.

Store below 30°C with lid tightly closed to protect from humidity.
