Contraindications
HYZAAR, HYZAAR PLUS, and HYZAAR FORTE are contraindicated: In patients who are hypersensitive to any component of this product; In patients with anuria.
The concomitant use of HYZAAR, HYZAAR PLUS, or HYZAAR FORTE with aliskiren-containing products is contraindicated in patients with diabetes mellitus or renal impairment (GFR<60 ml/min/1.73m2) [see Dual blockade of the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system (RAAS) under Precautions and Dual Blockade of the Renin-Angiotensin-Aldosterone System (RAAS) under Interactions].
