DEXILANT is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any component of the formulation [see Description]. Hypersensitivity reactions may include anaphylaxis, anaphylactic shock, angioedema, bronchospasm, acute tubulointerstitial nephritis and urticaria [see Acute Tubulointerstitial Nephritis under Precautions; Adverse Reactions].
PPIs, including DEXILANT, are contraindicated with rilpivirine-containing products [see Interactions].
