Mỗi 1 L Hemohes 6%: hydroxyethyl starch 60g. Mỗi 1 L Hemohes 10%: hydroxyethyl starch 100g. Ngoài ra, mỗi 1 L có NaCl 9 g (Na 154 mmol, Cl 154 mmol), trọng lượng phân tử trung bình 200000 dalton, nồng độ áp lực thẩm thấu 310 mosm/L, pH 4.0-7.0.
