Dosage/Direction for Use

Gonorrhea, chancroid 800 mg as single dose. Acute, uncomplicated UTI 200 mg bid. Recurrent & complicated UTI, GIT infection 400 mg bid.

Administration

Should be taken on an empty stomach: Take 1 hr before or 2 hr after meals. Do not take w/ dairy products.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity, severe renal insufficiency.

Special Precautions

Pregnancy, lactation. Pre-pubertal childn.

Adverse Reactions

GI upset, neurological disturbances.
