Carboxymethylcellulose 1%, glycerin 0.9%
Indications/Uses
Temporary relief of burning, irritation, & discomfort due to eye dryness or exposure to wind or sun, & protectant against further irritation. Hydrates eye surface for symptomatic relief of dryness, stinging, grittiness, or foreign body sensation caused by environmental factors. Relief of eye discomfort & visual symptoms caused by reduced blink frequency due to prolonged television watching or concentrated computer screen work. Compatible w/ contact lenses.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Instill 1 or 2 drops in affected eye(s) as needed.
Special Precautions
Discontinue use if eye pain, changes in vision, continued eye redness or irritation occur, or if condition worsens. May impair ability to drive & use machines. Pregnancy & lactation. Ped patients.
Adverse Reactions
Blurred vision. Eye discharge, irritation & swelling, eyelid edema, foreign body sensation in eyes, increased lacrimation; hypersensitivity.
