Use in liqd or foods <70°C Stir 2 scoops (12 g) in 150 mL liqd or 150 g food. Use in preparations >70°C, but not cooking Dissolve 2 scoops (12 g) in a small amount of liqd (25-50 mL) at room temp. Add this mixt to 150 mL of the hot liqd or 150 g food directly before serving (max: 10 min before serving).
Special Precautions
Do not boil while or after adding the powd. Not suitable for cooking.
