Per 0.25 mL dose HAV antigen (RG-SB strain) at least 12 IU, influenza haemagglutinin 5 mcg, phospholipids 50 mcg (lecithin 40 mcg, cephalin 10 mcg). Per 0.5 mL dose HAV antigen (RG-SB strain) at least 24 IU, influenza haemagglutinin 10 mcg, phospholipids 100 mcg (lecithin 80 mcg, cephalin 20 mcg)
