Indications/Uses
NIDDM.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Initially 5 mg daily then titrate upwards. Max: 40 mg daily. Total daily doses >15 mg should be divided.
Administration
Should be taken on an empty stomach: Take 30 min before meals.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity. IDDM, hepatic or renal impairment.
Special Precautions
Pregnancy, lactation. Elderly.
