Special Precautions

Patients w/ gastritis or ulcer; dyspnoea, fever or purulent sputum. Symptoms persisting for >1 wk. Laxative effect due to sorbitol content. Not recommended to use during pregnancy & lactation. Diagnose persistent or recurrent cough in childn 2-4 yr before treatment.
