Dermatop: Side Effects & Dosing

Indications/Uses

Skin diseases treated w/ glucocorticoids eg, contact or atopic dermatitis. Suitable for sensitive areas of the skin & treatment in small childn, as well as for use on large areas &/or repeated application.

Dosage/Direction for Use

Apply thinly once daily to bid.

Contraindications

Skin manifestations resulting from chickenpox, syphilis, TB, vaccinations, perioral dermatitis. Must not be used on the eyes.

Special Precautions

Avoid long-term use especially during pregnancy & in infants.

Adverse Reactions

Local skin irritation.
