Per 100 mL Chalocaine w/ adrenaline 1% Lidocaine HCl 1,000 mg, adrenaline 1 mg. Per 100 mL Chalocaine w/ adrenaline 2% Lidocaine HCl 2,000 mg, adrenaline 1.25 mg
Indications/Uses
Local anesth.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Individualized dosage.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to lidocaine or adrenaline, amide group & Na metabisulfite local anesth.
Special Precautions
Discontinue use if rash or swelling occur. Avoid use of vasoconstrictors for analgesia. Patients w/ thyrotoxicoses, cardiac disease w/ arrhythmia or HTN.
Adverse Reactions
Nervousness, dizziness, blurred vision, nausea, tremors, convulsions & resp arrest; CV collapse, cardiac arrest.
