For diagnostic use only. Contrast-enhanced mammography (CEM) to asses & detect known or suspicious breast lesions in adult women as adjunct to mammography (w/ or w/o ultrasound). Contrast enhancement in computerized tomography (CT), digital subtraction angiography (DSA), IV urography, arteriography, visualization of body cavities (eg, arthrography, hysterosalpingography, fistulography) w/ exception of myelography, ventriculography, cisternography. Ultravist 300 Extremities phlebography, venography. Utravist 370 Angiocardiography.

IV Urography Ultravist 300 Adult 1 mL/kg. Childn 1.5 mL/kg. Infant 3 mL/kg. Neonate 4 mL/kg. Ultravist 370 Adult 0.8 mL/kg. Whole-body CT Individualized dosage. Cranial CT Ultravist 300 1-2 mL/kg. Ultravist 370 1-1.5 mL/kg. CEM Adult 1.5 mL/kg. Ultravist 300 Aortic arch angiography 50-80 mL as single inj. Retrograde carotid angiography 30-40 mL as single inj. Selective angiography 6-15 mL as single inj. Thoracic aortography 50-80 mL as single inj. Abdominal aortography 40-60 mL as single inj. Upper extremities arteriography 8-12 mL as single inj. Lower extremities arteriography 20-30 mL as single inj. Upper extremities venography 15-30 mL as single inj. Lower extremities venography 30-60 mL as single inj. Ultravist 370 Cardiac cavities angiocardiography 40-60 mL as single inj. Coronary angiography 5-8 mL as single inj. DSA Adult 30-60 mL as bolus (flow rate: 8-12 mL/sec into the cubital vein; 10-20 mL/sec into the vena cava).
