Indications/Uses

Prevention of cervical, vulvar & vag cancer; premalignant genital lesions (cervical, vulvar & vag); HPV infection; cervical adenocarcinoma in situ & external genital warts (Condyloma acuminata) causally related to HPV types 6, 11, 16 & 18 in girls & women 9-26 yr. Prevention of HPV infection caused by HPV types 6, 11, 16 & 18; genital warts (Condyloma acuminata) caused by HPV types 6 & 11 in boys & men 9-26 yr. Prevention of anal cancer & premalignant lesions due to HPV types 6, 11, 16 & 18 in individuals 9-26 yr.

Dosage/Direction for Use

IM 3 separate 0.5-mL doses in the deltoid region of upper arm or higher anterolateral area of thigh, according to the following schedule: 1st dose: At elected date; 2nd dose: 2 mth after 1st dose; 3rd dose: 6 mth after 1st dose. Individual 9-13 yr Alternatively, may administer according to a 2-dose (0, 6 mth) schedule.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity.
