Doravirine, lamivudine, tenofovir disoproxil fumarate

Indications/Uses

Adults infected w/ HIV-1 w/o past or present evidence of viral resistance to NNRTIs, lamivudine or tenofovir.

Dosage/Direction for Use

1 tab once daily.

Administration

May be taken with or without food.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity. Co-administration w/ strong cytochrome P450 CYP3A enzyme inducers [eg, anticonvulsants (eg, carbamazepine, oxcarbazepine, phenobarb, phenytoin), androgen receptor inhibitor (eg, enzalutamide), antimycobacterials (eg, rifampin, rifapentine), cytotoxic agent (eg, mitotane), St. John's wort, lumacaftor].
