Indications/Uses
Angina pectoris & ischaemia of neurosensorial tissues in Meniere's disease.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Administration
Should be taken with food.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity. Parkinson's disease, parkinsonian symptoms, tremors, restless leg syndrome & other related movement disorders, severe renal impairment (CrCl <30 mL/min).
Special Precautions
Can cause or worsen parkinsonian symptoms (tremor, akinesia, hypertonia); regularly investigate especially in elderly. W/draw treatment if there is occurrence of movement disorders (eg, parkinsonian symptoms, restless leg syndrome, tremors, gait instability). Falls may occur. Caution in patients in whom an increased exposure is expected; patients w/ moderate renal impairment; elderly >75 yr. Should not be taken during pregnancy unless clearly necessary. Should not be used during breastfeeding.
Adverse Reactions
Gastric discomfort, nausea, headache & vertigo.
