Per cap Chlorphenamine maleate 1 mg, dextromethorphan HBr 15 mg, guaifenesin 50 mg, paracetamol 325 mg, phenylpropanolamine HCl 30 mg. Per 5 mL syr Dextromethorphan HBr 10 mg, guaifenesin 50 mg, phenylpropanolamine HCl 10 mg, Na citrate 150 mg

Indications/Uses

Cough & cold due to resp infections &/or allergy. Relief of fever, pain & discomfort associated w/ colds & flu.

Dosage/Direction for Use

Cap Adult & childn >12 yr 1 cap. Syr Adult 1-2 tbsp. Childn ½-1 tsp. All to be taken tid-qid. Adjust dose according to age.

Administration

May be taken with or without food.

Contraindications

Hyperthyroidism, hypertension & coronary disease. MAOIs.

Special Precautions

Asthma, liver disease; CV disease, diabetes mellitus, closed-angle glaucoma; may impair ability to drive or operate machinery. Not recommended for infants.

Adverse Reactions

GI disturbances, epigastric pain; headache, blurred vision, tinnitus, anorexia, difficulty in micturition, dry mouth, tightness of chest.
