Paracetamol 500 mg, pamabrom 25 mg

Indications/Uses

Relief of bloating, water-wt gain, headache, fever, backache & muscular aches & pains associated w/ pre-menstrual & menstrual pain & discomfort.

Dosage/Direction for Use

Women who menstruate ≥12 yr 1-2 caplet 4-6 hrly. Max: 8 caplet/24 hr.

Administration

May be taken with or without food.

Special Precautions

Discontinue use if severe skin reactions occur. Severe infection; underwt or malnourished; patients w/ alcohol dependence; high BP, cardiac failure or patients taking diuretics. Not to be used w/ other paracetamol-containing drugs. Renal or hepatic impairment. Childn.

Drug Interactions

Concomitant use w/ warfarin & other coumarins (long-term use).
