Infeksi sal nafas, kulit & jar lunak, sal kemih & genital, intra-abdominal, tulang & sendi; infeksi ginekologi, GO tanpa komplikasi & peny radang panggul, infeksi pasca op, bakteremia atau septikemia; profilaksis pembedahan.
Dws 1-2 g/hr IV terbagi dlm 1-2 dosis. Infeksi berat: maks 4 g/hr. Infeksi GO 250 mg IM dosis tunggal. Profilaksis pembedahan 1-2 g IV dosis tunggal 30-90 mnt sblm op. Anak >6 minggu 20-50 mg/kgBB/hr dosis tunggal.
Hipersensitif thd sefalosporin.
Riwayat hipersensitif thd penisilin. Hamil & laktasi.
Ggn GI, perubahan hematologi, reaksi kulit, ggn koagulasi darah, agranulositosis (jarang).
J01DD04 - ceftriaxone ; Belongs to the class of third-generation cephalosporins. Used in the systemic treatment of infections.
