Levofloxacin

Indications/Uses

Treatment of susceptible conjunctivitis.

Dosage/Direction for Use

Days 1 & 2: Instill 1-2 drops in the affected eye(s) every 2 hrs while awake, up to 8 times/day. Day 3 onwards: Instill 1-2 drops in the affected eye(s) every 4 hrs while awake, up to 4 times/day.
