Per 1/1 g Pwd-Inj Cefoperazone 1 g, Sulbactam 1 g.

Indications/Uses

RTI, UTI, peritonitis, cholecystitis, cholangitis & other intra-abdominal infections, septicemia, meningitis, skin & soft tissue infection, bone & joint infection, pelvic inflammatory disease, endometritis, gonorrhoea & other infections of the genital tract.

Dosage/Direction for Use

Adult: 2-4g/day IV/IM b.i.d; Max: 8g/day. Child: 40-80mg/kg/day in 2-4 equally divided doses; Max 160 mg/kg/day.
