Cefixime

Indications/Uses

Otitis media, pharyngitis & tonsillitis, acute bronchitis, MDR typhoid.

Dosage/Direction for Use

Adult: 200-400mg daily as single or 2 divided doses for 7-14 days. Child: 8mg/kg body weight daily as single or 2 divided doses.

Administration

May be taken with or without food: May be taken w/ food or milk to reduce GI discomfort.
