Per mL Neomycin sulfate equiv to neomycin base 2 mg, polymyxin B sulfate equiv to polymyxin B 5,000 u, gramicidin 0.025 mg

Indications/Uses

Conjunctival infections, blepharitis, keratitis which are caused by susceptible organisms.

Dosage/Direction for Use

2-3 drops 4-5 times daily.

Special Precautions

Prolonged use.
