Per 5 mL Diphenhydramine HCl 12.5 mg, ammon Cl 135 mg

Indications/Uses

Productive cough, relief of sneezing & rhinorrhoea.

Dosage/Direction for Use

Adult 5-10 mL tds-qds. Childn 6-12 yr 5 mL tds.

Administration

May be taken with or without food.

Contraindications

Hepatic or renal impairment, narrow angle glaucoma, prostatic hypertrophy. Paed <2 yr.

Special Precautions

May affect ability to drive or operate machinery. Avoid in patients receiving MAOI. Avoid alcohol. Pregnancy.

Adverse Reactions

Drowsiness, dry mouth, nausea, vomiting.
